Processing Time:

·        All orders will be processed within 3 business days.

·        Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.


Shipping options within the United States:

·        Free Economy Shipping (5-8 business days)

·        Additional rates are calculated at checkout based on customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of their order.


Shipping Insurance:

For added peace of mind, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Route Shipping Protection provides coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit. If you purchase Route Shipping Protection and your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, you can file a claim directly with Route by following the instructions provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting their website at https://claims.route.com/.

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION DISCLAIMER

We take full responsibility for your products when they are in our care. The shipping courier is 100% responsible once your package is dispatched & we do not control the method in which your items are delivered.

If shipping protection is not purchased, any lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier.


International Shipping:

·        We offer international shipping to many countries worldwide.

·        Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

·        Please note that customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

·        We are not responsible for any delays, customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

·        International shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs processing times in the destination country.

·        We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments due to customs clearance procedures in different countries.

·        In the event of a lost or delayed package, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

·        We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

·        Please carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure that all items and quantities are correct.

·        C2 Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds at our discretion.
