SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy:

• CSquared Cosmetics only ships to the fifty (50) U.S. States and Puerto Rico.

• Additional rates are calculated at checkout based on customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of their order.

Processing Time:

• All orders will be processed within three (3) business days. A business day is Monday through Friday before 4:00 pm.  Not including holidays.  

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Return Policy:

• All sales are final.  CSquared Cosmetics does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

• Please carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure that all items and quantities are correct.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within forty-eight (48) hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product (s).
